Roasted Australian Quail with Fermented Red BeancurdWan Hao Chinese Restaurant-Marriott Tang Plaza-Roasted Australian Quail with Fermented Red Beancurd
Quail has the taste of a wild game than the domestic flavor in the chicken so this dish may not be everyone’s favorite. But having it roasted and fermented with red bean curd, the flavour can be quite interesting. Red bean curd has a more subtle flavour as compared with plain white bean curd. Thus, the unique flavour from the quail is not that significant and yet able to enjoy it to the fullest.

Steamed Live Crab with Roe and Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with H.K. Chinese SausageWan Hao Chinese Restaurant-Marriott Tang Plaza-Steamed Live Crab with Roe and Wok-fried Glutinuous Rice with HK Chinese Sausage
A seafood-laden favourite dish prepared together with chunks of crab meats and HK Chinese sausage along with the bright, orange and gooey look crab roe is a good choice of carbs for the night. The glutinous rice has the distinct taste and further enhance by the crustacean.
