I finally visited the highly recommended matcha swiss roll by online reviewers last Sunday. Eric ordered a roll of Matcha Swissroll so we decided to have our lunch at Dulcet & Studio. The café is located at Liang Court which is a walking distance from Clark Quay MRT station. Dulcet & Studio is a Japanese-Western style dining café operating under the same company of Tampopo Deli. The café offers pretty and delectable pastries shown at their display counter that attracts the attention of the shoppers. This TVB- presented Hong Kong – China co-production is an action comedy about two cops that became colleagues and brothers at the same time. The Buddy Cops features TVB actors and actresses includes Bosco Wong Chung –Chak ( Chan Kin Fei) , King Kong (Johnny Li) , Kate Tsui (Petite Pricess) , Charmaine Fong (Bessie), Feng Tsui Fan (Philip Chan) , Elaine Jin (Qiu) and Eric Tsang (Man Sir). My recent visit café visit is to Union Fashion Bar located at Taman Sutera area. There are busses going to Taman Sutera if you are travelling from second link. So, fret not, it is still accessible even without driving. Union Fashion Bar (UFB) was opened last year and one of the co-owner, Mr Yap Chern Chee was a former Chef de Partie at Bakerzin Singapore since 2000. Mr Yap was under Chef Daniel Tay (the world Cup Pastry Chef 2001) previously and he finally realized his dream into venturing his own F&B business.
