This unplanned lunch turned out to be the best Japanese cuisine I had up to date. My friend was in town last Friday and we were supposed to meet at Shibuya but he somehow ended at Shinji instead. So, we had a luxurious lunch session at Shinji by Kanesaka. This is the extension of 2-star Michelin Chef Shinji Kanesaka’s Edo-style sushi restaurant that first set up in Tokyo’s exclusive Ginza district. Lunch sets are range from S$75.00- S$250.00. As I was craving for sweet bites over the weekend, I went to HoneyComb to satisfy my craving but I was welcome with new born brand taking over the space. Brother Bird is actually under the same people behind Stateland Café. They are currently having soft opening for almost a week now. Finally I got myself a cup of 3-dimensional (3D) latter and coffee art from Atmosphere Café & Bistro. The café is the extended sister outlet of Atmosphere Bistro & Bar at Parkland Green, East Coast Parkway. This new outlet is located in the mall of Alexandra Central where shoppers from IKEA can just cross over the building for more F&B options. I have been eyeing on the opening of Clinton St. Baking Company and Restaurant whenever I pass by everyday at work. Finally it’s open for soft opening on 19 September which is a week ago. Located along Purvis Street, the restaurant is just a walking distance away from City Hall MRT or Bugis MRT station. [SG EATS][NEW Revamp Menu] NANDO’S SINGAPORE

Nando’s is spicing up its menu with 20 tantalising new items this September. The revamped menu gets a snazzy makeover with burger, pita and wrap meals. Nando’s is well-established with its signature peri-peri sauces and flamed-grilled chicken. Whenever I visit Nando’s, I will definitely order ¼ quarter chicken with choice of 2 sidelines.
