Whenever it’s about Hong Kong, I would think of dim sum paradise. How about u? During my recent foodie weekend trip with Eric, we visited Mott32. Reservation was made beforehand to avoid disappointment. Mott32 is the concept by Maximal Concepts and located in the basement of Standard Chartered Bank. The restaurant is named after 32 Mott Street, New York’s first Chinese convenience store that opened in 1851 and marks the start of New York’s Chinatown as of today. The restaurant has the concept of east and west inspired cuisine.
Foodie weekend trip to HK with E started off with the first stop at Sister Wah華姐清湯腩. Sister Wah is known as one of the popular beef brisket noodles in Hong Kong.It is located conveniently within a walking distance from Tin Hau MTR station when you exit at A2.

The glass house café located at Eco Spring Show Village, Johor Bahru is inspired by Jay Chou’s MV (Handwritten Past,手寫的從前) was operating since early September this month. The inspired cafe is going to be stationed there for around 2 month’s time. The café is currently operated by Coffee Concept Company.

When Cathay was having a credit card promotion 2 months back, Eric and I decided to go for an impromptu decision to spend a foodie weekend in Hong Kong.
