When Cathay was having a credit card promotion 2 months back, Eric and I decided to go for an impromptu decision to spend a foodie weekend in Hong Kong. It’s my 4th time here and I did blogged about it previously but sad to say during the hosting migration issue, it’s all gone. Anyway, enough of the sad story. Here I am starting all over again my blog post!
Online bakery business is trending since few years back and it is getting more and more competitive. So, how do online cake shop owner differentiate themselves from the rest? Homebakers and even profession bakers are creating their online platform as their e-cake shop to reach out as many people as possible.
I attended the official launch of a brand-new online gourmet cake shop at Pies & Coffee, Robertson Quay recently. This is my first time attending e-cake shop launching event. This shows the marketing efforts of the owner to get their brands known across the social media.
It has been a while since I last had a vegetarian meal. We were shared that the restaurant is operated under the subsidiary of the Koufu Management. And they are going to have second outlet opening at Thomson in few weeks time.
