[JB EATS] FRUITNITY PLUS AT MOUNT AUSTIN | JOHOR BAHRU (CLOSED)

Fruitnity located at Mount Austin, Johor Bahru has recently launched new items on their menu. My first experience with the brand was at their first outlet, Taman Perling. So the outlet in Mount Austin is located few shops away from Creamery Boutique Ice-cream Parlour. This is to give you a general idea where it is located. [PENANG EATS] LIYAQAT ALI NASI KANDAR BERATUR

Nasi Kandar is one of the signature Malaysian dish and is also a Penang staple. Nasi Kandar is quite similar as Chinese chai peng but this is a plate of steamed rice with variety of curry-based meat dishes and vegetables. [PENANG EATS] KEDAI KOPI KONG THAI LAI ( 广泰来茶室 ) – New Location this October 2016

It has been 2 years since my last visit to Penang and I was there over the weekend. I met my Penang friend who came to pick me from the airport and headed for breakfast. He brought me to Kong Thai Lai coffeeshop located in Hutton Lane, Georgetown. This is one of the oldest traditional Hainanese coffeeshop that has 100 over years of history. ( 3 generations and on-going). While Toh Soon Café located at Campbell Street was crowded with tourists, I am glad that we are here for kaya toast and kopi instead without even queuing.
