This unplanned lunch turned out to be the best Japanese cuisine I had up to date. My friend was in town last Friday and we were supposed to meet at Shibuya but he somehow ended at Shinji instead. So, we had a luxurious lunch session at Shinji by Kanesaka. This is the extension of 2-star Michelin Chef Shinji Kanesaka’s Edo-style sushi restaurant that first set up in Tokyo’s exclusive Ginza district. Lunch sets are range from S$75.00- S$250.00.
