Memo Café located at Studio M Hotel Singapore is a modern bistro for the neighbourhood. The café is formerly a self-service deli and revamped into all-day casual dining café that offers brunch, mains,coffee-based beverages and craft beers. The location is a bit off from the Fort Canning MRT station as you need to walk approximately 13-15 minutes. [SG EATS] 2018 Christmas Winter Wonderland at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel

Step into a world of winter magic as you enter the golden box entrance at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. You will witness it’s first Christmas decoration, which is the replica of famous trains in Switzerland like the Bernina Express and Rhaetian Railway. These replica trains are specially flown over from Switzerland. These moving replica trains will operate from 20 November 2018. And the beautifully hand-crafted structure holds more than 100 ginger bread houses and approximately 1000 miniature Christmas trees. The whole concept took 6 months to conceptualise and build. I have the opportunity to attend the Chinese New Year tasting dinner menu at Tien Court that serves contemporary Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine at Copthorne King’s Hotel last week. Tien Court’s masterchef, Taipei-born Ho Tien Tsai has been around for more than 20 years. He is also known as the celebrity chef that appeared in Singapore local (Mediacorp) programme productions.I was ushered to a private room to join the other invited guests for the session upon arrival.
