[SG EATS] Crystal Jade Kitchen At Holland Village- Revamp with New Dishes by Chef Martin Foo

Crystal Jade Kitchen at Holland Village is back to operation after a 2 months long renovation. I rarely explore Holland Village and it is good to be back here to check out the area. All thanks to the invite to this two-storey outlet. The outlet here first opened in 1999 and only outlet that opens at 8.30am daily, afternoon dim sum and sumptuous dinners. Open Farm Community (OFC) located at Minden road is not just a regular restaurant but also a Singapore revolutionary community food project. Believe it or not! My first time here since it has opened two year ago. OFC, a Spa Espirit Group (SEG) collaboration with Edible Garden City (EGC) welcomes new Head chef Oliver Truesdale-Jutras and Sous chef Phoebe Oviedo, who will be leading the culinary team with Philippe Chin appointed as the Wine & Operations Manager. [SG EATS] FYR Cycene and Ond Drinc | New Menu Revamp

Exciting news from FYR Cycene and Ond Drinc (FYR) again! The restaurant located within a walking distance away from Telok Ayer MRT has launched a new menu this time. If you read about my previous post on their weekend brunch, you will surely expect something different from their dinner menu. Helmed by Culinary Director Micail Chepi, the new menu comprises the modern European cuisines with the use of herbs and spices found in the Southeast Asian region.
