Uni Gallery by OosterBay located in the basement of The Plaza along Beach Road is an uni speciality restaurant. I did not know the existence of The Plaza until I was here for the uni (sea urchin) dishes. The restaurant is owned by an online seafood supplier who brings in overseas shipment in weekly basis. Finally we (in fact I) no need to fly to Japan to have this famous Hokkaido Cheese Tarts because it is opening in Singapore on 29 April 2016. The first flagship store will be located at Ion Orchard Basement 4 and do expect for the queue.
