As we parked the car at the opposite direction, I looked up at the shop signage. It was faded and not clear at all but tourists and customers seem to find their way here to try the food. This shop was initially only a stall at Pitt Street until they moved to a shop at Carnavon Street. Continue reading [PENANG EATS] PITT STREET KOAY TEOW SOUP (椰脚粿条汤 )@ CARNAVON STREET | GEORGETOWN

Palace of Love & Hope (Maruekhathaiyawan Palace)
After the panoramic Hua Hin scenery, we headed to Wat Huay Mongkol (Wat Huay MongKhon) to see the largest statue of Luang Phor Thuad in Thailand. The giant statue is about 12 meters high and 10 meters wide. It is set on a large mound wide with a stairway leading to it. The whole structure of this place is quite similar with Tian Tan Buddha in Hong Kong except that the stairways are not steep and longer in steps. I visited Myanmar with a travel partner without plans for 5DAYS 4NIGHTS recently. We spent 4 days in Yangon and 1 day trip to Bagan. It was an adventurous trip as both of us (ladies). We booked the flight ticket with Tiger Airways due to the affordable flight offer and finding excuses for a short gateway from the bustling city.
Before you start your journey to Myanmar, make sure you have apply for VISA. I did a post on how to apply VISA in two ways here. Hope it helps to start off your journey to this beautiful country. Continue reading [TRAVEL] 7 PLACES TO EXPLORE IN YANGON| MYANMAR
