Thin cookie butter cheesecake, topped with ribbons of cookie buttery cream and then sprinkled with mouth watering cookie crumble. Each layer adds depth to enrich the flavouring of the cake.
Lime Meringue Tart S$65.00.
The mounds of velvety white meringue with slight torched to a warm hue. Definitely a choice to order for all citrus fans as I am addicted with it. If I have the craving for lime meringue, this would be my choice.
The Malt-Teaser S$58.00.
Definitely a photogenic cake with deconstructed version of Maltesers using quality ingredients such malt cocoa powder and white chocolate. The crunchy malt balls are spread over the chocolate batter. It is advise to enjoy as a whole instead of separately as the cake texture is dry by itself.
Pistachio Raspberry Litchi Cake S$58.00.
First time trying the combination ingredients of raspberry and pistachio. Raspberry mousse is spread over layers of pistachio sponge and then topped with pistachio nuts and studded with raspberries. Give it a try if you are adventurous enough.
Eggles Blackforest Cake S$58.00.
The presentation of the cake outshine the usual blackforest cake we seen. The cake is alcohol-free features the chocolate fences and garnished with chocolate shavings. Not too sweet and well-balanced to enjoy with the elderly and kids. It is also suitable for vegetarians.
Tiramisu S$58.00.
Beautifully done with bold flavours of cocoa, espresso with creaminess of mascarpone cheese. The layered finger biscuits are drenched in aromatic coffee extract. Alcohol free and everyone can indulge without feeling guilt.
Mixed Berries Tart S$65.00.
Natural beetroot colouring gives the tart base its flamboyant red hue. Fruity and juicy look with the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries as topping.
Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart S$65.00.
First bite and I fall in love with it. Gooey salted caramel and bittersweet chocolate ganache was perfectly well-combined. I can taste the richness of the ingredients and giving me a blessed feel after taste.
Earl Grey Chocolate Tart S$65.00.
Buttery Crisp crust filled with almond cream and topped with earl-grey infused chocolate ganache.
