Celebrate time-honoured joyous reunions with family and business associates with unique creations by MasterChef Jereme Leung. Available as a la carte selections and presented as set menus, discover provincial Chinese specialties alongside Lunar New Year favourites.
Lunar New Year Dine-In Set Menus are available from 9 January to 5 February 2023 while the Lunar New Year a la carte Menu is available from 24 January to 3 February 2023. Click here for the menu. Note: Regular a la carte menu will not be available from 24 January to 5 February 2023.

Toss to harmony and good health with the luxe longevity yu sheng. Savour a bountiful ingredients like Artic shellfish and Japanese sweet shrimps elevated with an alluring Yunnan rose dressing crafted by Master Chef Jereme Leung. The Yu Sheng is thoughtfully assembled in a classy multi-tiered red box that makes it convenient to carry and easily presented and served on the home dining table. It is available for takeaways too.

Classic high-roller dish made from premium ingredients with guaranteed of exquisite and fine flavours. The braised 10-head South African abalone is served with Fa Choy Black Moss, a homonym for “gaining wealth” along with fish maw and lettuce.

Classic steamed fish served with spicy Hainan yellow pepper that looks like a little pumpkin- bright yellow orange. It is very tasty with a passionfruit-like flavour and considered one of the hottest chillies in the world. But thankfully the spicy level here is acceptable for me and complements the silky, mild flavour of the cod fish.

Braised Pork Knuckles served with Mantou

Mantou is a classic accompaniment for braised pork knuckles most of the times. The braised pork knuckles that symbolize “forwardness” brings prosperity, progress, and lots of good luck in the new year. The meat is tender and soft and best to enjoy with the steaming mantou.

Next, steamed Jasmine rice and millet with pickled long bean and preserved meat served individually.
