Nobu Singapore is known for fusion cuisine blending traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients. Nobu is one of the most recognized Japanese restaurants in the world. The restaurant has finally open in Singapore last year and currently located on the third level of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore on Orchard Boulevard.

I am back here again for their upcoming launch of Weekend Brunch edition. The weekend brunch will be officially launched on 18th March 2023 with price starting from S$158++ per person.
Diners can look forward to celebrating the weekend in style with a bottomless brunch, and enjoy the complete Nobu culinary experience, featuring unlimited sushi, sashimi, Nobu signature dishes and main courses, a decadent dessert room and free flow of sake.
Cold Dishes and Salads
Start off with cold dishes and salads at the bar counter section. Dishes like new-style salmon sashimi, yellowtail jalapeno, crispy rice with spicy tuna or avocado, umami chicken wings, sashimi salad with Matsuhisa dressing, field greens with cherry tomatoes and asparagus, broccoli, and condiments. My top favourites include crispy rice with spicy tuna or avocado and the umami chicken wings. I was contemplating to go for second round while waiting for my hot dishes to serve and end up giving in for second round.
Sushi
Sushi lovers can indulge in variety of choices like nigiri, tuna, salmon and yellowtail cut roll, California, salmon, avocado and vegetables sushi and mini bara chirashi.
Hot Dishes
Expect to enjoy NOBU signature dishes like Black Cod Miso and Beef Toban Yaki or Steak. Other hot dishes include Nasu Miso, Chilean Sea Bass with Umami or Spicy, Rock Prawn Tempura, Shojin Tempura, Squid Pasta with Light Garlic Sauce, Seafood Toban Yaki, Josper Charcoal-Grilled Spring Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables with Spicy Garlic.
Dessert Room
Ending your meal with sweet treats from the Dessert Room. Enjoy the Green Tea Flan, Mini Nobu Cheesecake, Chocolate Miso Cream Puff, Chocolate Goma Mousse, Panna Cotta, Pavlova, Yuzu Meringue Tart, Macarons, Pralines, House-made Cookies and Fresh Fruits.

S$158++ per person with FREE flow juices, soft drinks, teas and selected mocktails
S$198++ per person with classic beverage package with FREE flow select sake, champagne, wines and beers
S$276++ per person with Luxe beverage package with FREE flow select sake, champagne, wines, beers and craft cocktails.
