Additionally, we had the Sliced Crispy BBQ Suckling Pig and Caviar, Crispy Chicken Wing stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw and Crab Meat.



Experience the Pan-Fried Diced Fragrant Japanese Premium A5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Asparagus in Black Pepper Sauce, elevating your Lunar New Year celebration.A harmonious balance of flavors, with the umami-packed Wagyu beef and the bold notes from the black pepper sauce coming together. Perfect!


Conclude our festive feast with the Stewed Inaniwa Udon with Lobster in Superior Stock. The lobster featured tender meat and was accompanied by inaniwa udon with a delightful combination of smooth, springy texture, cooked to perfection in a flavorful and rich superior stock.


Our sweet finale showcasing Double-Boiled Almond Cream with Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest, Maltose, Black Sesame Dumplings in Young Coconut and Prosperity Chinese New Year Cake coated with finely ground Nuts and Shredded Yam.The double-boiled dessert seems to offer a balance of rich, nutty, sweet, and refreshing notes, creating a multi-layered and delightful culinary experience.
