Pudu Hakka Noodles Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
On my recent visit, I ordered the classic Hakka noodles in small size RM9.00 ~ S$2.61. The first thing you will notice is the texture of the noodles. Firm, bouncy and QQ unlike your regular strands, they have a unique ability to absorb the flavours of their toppings perfectly. The bowl is generously loaded with minced meat and char siew. The minced meat is deeply flavourful, seasoned with a generous amount of sesame oil, and adds a multi-dimensional texture to the dish. The char siew slices are a bit tad dry though.

To complement the carb-loaded delight, the noodles come with a bowl of wonton soup. Decent wontons that serve as an excellent palate cleanser as well.
