Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast located adjacent to Desaru Coast Adventure Water Park celebrated the Grand Opening Party on 28 September 2019. The event is celebrated with live performances featuring Signature Guitar Smashing Ceremony, fireworks, Amy Search, DJ Chinois, Emcees Terry & Azura, Hydra, The Sharp 9 and Mira & Friends.
The grand opening party starts at 7pm and they kick start off with the iconic guitar smashing ceremony graced by VVIPs and Rita Gilligan, the legendary waitress at the first Hard Rock Café in London in 1971.

How To Get To Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast
By Road
– 1 hour 15 minutes from Johor Bahru via the Senai-Desaru Expressway
– 1 hour 30 minutes from Singapore via the Causeway
– 4 hours from Kuala lumpur via the North-South Expressway

By Sea
– 30 minutes ferry ride from Changi Ferry Terminal to Tanjung Belungkor Ferry Terminal followed by a 30-miute drive to Desaru Coast.
