Things To Take Note If You Go Back Malaysia From Singapore After Circuit Breaker/ MCO

Due to Covid-19, there are many restrictions going on including the travel ban everywhere. With recent annoucement after the MCO period and Singapore Circuit Breaker (CB) is lifting up on 2nd June onwards, I trust that Malaysians working in Singapore would definitely wish to go back Malaysia to visit their family members. If you are Malaysians and wish to travel back from Singapore to Malaysia, here are the things to take note.

(a) High Commission of Malaysia, Singapore no longer receive email application. You need to visit https://mypass.mhc.org.sg/ to submit your application. The online portal can be used by
Malaysians and permitted non-Malaysians to request for Entry Permit from Singapore to Malaysia.

Note on the following information required to submit the application.

(c) Whoever enters Malaysia must undergo a full quarantine at a designated quarantine centre for the period of 14 days without exception. Starting 1st June 2020, the cost of the quarantine of RM1,050.00 ~ S$350.00 is to be borne by you (RM2,100.00 ~S$700.00 for non Malaysians)

(d) And yes you are not allow to go back home until you fulfill the 14-days quarantine.

(e) It is said that the application process with take few days and it is limited to certain amount of applications per day. Thus, do apply early if you are planning to go back Malaysia.

From 29 June 2020, anyone entering through the point of entry in Johor will be charged for their COVID-19 swab test.
