TIPS TO GET A HEALTHY & GLOWING SKIN

Physical appearance plays an important role and this applies to everyone. But for ladies, we need to stay pretty and attractive all times. But before that, we need to have a good skin base so that we can apply colours on our face. Thus, skincare is one of the key point to make you look young and good.I did a research on how to take care of our skin and here are some of the tips to take note:-

1. DO NOT DRINK FLUID BEFORE YOU SLEEP

We often have the issue of swollen face in the morning, don’t we? This is due to drinking fluid before sleep. Thus, do not drink fluid two hours before sleep so that there will not be liquid flowing in your body.

2. SKINCARE FOR EYES

Most of us will ignore caring our eyes. Caring our eyes is equally important as our skin to ensure we look energetic and at the best. Eyes are the delicate area where it shows signs of aging sooner than other part. So, it is important to use regular creams and moisturer under the eye area.

We need to exfoliate our skin at least 1-2 times in a week. Exfoliating skin takes skin from good to radiant as it helps to remove the dead skin cells on the surface layer of our skin. Once we cleared it away, new layer of skin cells will be form on the surface.

Apply mask once every 2-3 days at home. Don’t be lazy to put it on at least 15 minutes each time to rejuvenate your skin.

6. SUNSCREEN & SKINCARE PRODUCTS
