Alfero Gelato was crowned the Best Ice-cream Parlour by RAS Epicurean Star Award Singapore 2015. Gelatos from Alfero Gelato are made with free-range fresh milk, egg yolk and other fresh quality ingredients. They serve 96% FAT FREE gelatos. I have tried their gelatos before and I am loving it. I posted in my post before but it was gone due to migration hosting issue. But photos are still in my drive. So, here are glimpse of flavours I tried previously in store.
So for this Christmas, Alfero Gelato introduces their 4 Christmas Superstars for takeaway. This is just in time to celebrate and feast for family and friends gathering.

I got my hands on the four flavours and here is the sandwich ice-cream photo I made using Loacker biscuits and topped with Fairyfloss for decoration over the weekend. 
Otherwise, you can just have a tub all by yourself to enjoy at home! There are many other ways to enjoy the ice-cream. I am thinking to have parfait with gelato in it and it should taste sinful.
They are available in different sizes ( 400g, 500g or 1kg pints) from 19th December 2015 onwards. Go grab your share before it is gone!
