If you love Taiwan products and travel to the country before, you might seen and heard about Sophisca. Sophisca is a specialty candy that has many outlets in Taiwan.All Sophisca’s products are designed and manufactured in their own factories located in Nantou, Taiwan. They are certified under ISO 2002 and HACCAP.The brand was established since 1997 and has expanded their business to Singapore few years ago. I attended to one of their recent event at Marina Square outlet. So, follow my post till the end to find out the special deals for YOU.

Sophisca is a candy store that offers novelty candies, chocolates in innovation and creative packaging. With its unique packaging, many often purchase from Sophisca as a gift or tricks to friends and family.

Their latest product, ‘Brown Rice Sushi Bento’ S$11.90. It is actually a box of edible choclate brown rice in sushi disguise. The chocolate brown rice is made of 100% natural brown rice and topped with white chocolate from Belgium.

Next, Crayon Candy Sticks S$9.90. As much as it looks like crayon, the truth is it is a candy sticks that comes in 12 flavours. (honey peach, tropical fruit, mandarin orange, pomelo, lemon, green, apple, mint, blueberry, grape, strawberry, chocolate and yoghurt).

True Words Chocolate wall was my favourite spot at the Marina Square outlet. Firstly, it is a good spot for photography with the colourful packaging and each packaging comes in a squarish box with unique characteristic. Each box has a personalized message which is perfect for gifts.

And I spotted this first aid kit S$21.90 packaging with dose of endorphins packaging.

On top of the shelf, you can find Sanitary Pads S$8.90 which is actually marshmallows. This is a good idea to trick your friend!

Edible Condoms S$8.90 per box are available in chocolate and strawberry flavours.

There are also DIY customised bouquets made with candies and chocolates. So, instead of buying flowers that will fade fast, you can ask your bf to buy this instead. You can eat and keep longer instead.


It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon meeting up with friends and exploring the candies together. We also took some photos together. It was a rare moment when I start taking out the camera to shoot myself instead of products.
