So, it’s the Ramadan month again! Thanks to Care Luxury Hotels & Resorts, I get to be one of the few that attended the cocktail lunch event sometime back at Hotel Granada. Hotel Granada is located within a walking distance from AEON Jusco Taman Bukit Indah. For those who are travelling from Singapore, you can take bus from Tuas checkpoint to get here. There is a bus to AEON Jusco Taman Bukit Indah. For those who are driving, you can easily locate the hotel via GPS. In celebration of this holy month, Olla Restaurant which is the restaurant in Hotel Granada launched a Middle Eastern Buffet spread.

My dad and I attend the event showcasing their highlights dishes for this year theme buffet.

Raita

Raita is an Indian side dish of yogurt containing chopped cucumber or other vegetables and spices. It serves as an appetizer before you kick starts your mains.

Tandoori Chicken Kebab

Not forgetting the tantalizing tandoori chicken kebab with sauces and vegetables to enhance the flavours.
There will be live station where the chef will prepare the kebab and some other dishes on the spot for you.

Moroccan Khurus (Lamb) served with fresh Paratha or Briyani Rice

Diners can enjoy having the gravy sauce drizzle on top of the paratha or briyani rice to enjoy. The lamb meat was succulent and appertizing.

And of course there are other savoury delicacies available for the buffet. Desserts, drinks and their usual buffet dishes are available in the buffet too. The above photos are taken during the media preview event.

On top of the buffet spread, there will be live Ghazal performance by Nakustika Concept throughout the month when you dine in at Olla Restaurant. It would be a lively atmosphere breaking fast with music; delicacies spread and of course with loved ones.
