Epicurean Market by Marina Bay Sands is back with its fourth edition from 12th to 14th August 2016. This annual Food & Wine fair has been receiving positive feedbacks and review is happening at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1 (Hall A, B & C) with new excitements waiting for us to explore.

Apart from the celebrity chefs welcoming you to the fair, here are the new offerings in this fourth edition:-
1. A NEW Award-wining Restaurant

Be the first few to experience the award-wining Yardbird Southern Table & Bar here in Epicurean Market before they officially open at Marina Bay Sands in 2017. The restaurant is known as A James Beard“Best New Restaurant South” semi-finalist and one of Bon Appetit’s “50 Best New Restaurants’. Yardbird will be offering a contemporary Southern cuisine to Singapore diners.
Furthermore, the Founder and CEO John Kunkel will be here together with his culinary team to dish out the comfort fare at it’s both.

2. Special Appearance Restaurants
Making a one-time-only appearance for the festival are North and The Golden Peacock. You are in treat if you love traditional cuisines from the Dongbei and Sichuan regions of China as North specializes in.
Also, Golden Peacock has been awarded the Best Special F&B Awards in the 2014 Hurun Presidential Awards and has also received the prestigious Michelin star. And of course, you can expect to savour the signature flavours here in Epicurean Market.

3. Masterclass

Singapore’s own Justin Quek will take patrons on an intricate journey to discover the ‘Flavours of Asia’ while Adrift’s David Myers and Head Bartender Ruben Anandha will throw the ‘Ultimate Cocktail Party’ master class with fun party food and tipples to match. 4. NEW Purveyors & NEW Products

For beer lovers, you wouldn’t want to miss the chance to explore Singapore microbrewery, Little Island Brewery here. Patrons will get to sample and purchase Little Island Brewery’s Sister Golden Ale, available on draught and a Gold Medal Winner in 2014 and 2015 Asia Beer Awards. More choice of beers is available on site waiting for you to find out.
Also, check out Proof & Company, the folks behind Asia’s award-wining bar, 28 Hong Kong Street’s retail brand, EC Proof. There will be over 300 craft spirits, home bar kits, recipe and guide books on cocktails and spirits and smart bar pantry items.

5. Expanded Farmer’s market



Yes, expanded means more new things to see and buy this year as there is an increase in stalls serving fresh produce and artisanal products. Marina Bay Sands once again work directly with Farmer’s Markets across Asia, Europe and North America to offer the finest and freshest gourmet produce.
Celebrity chef restaurants include Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro & Oyster Bar and CUT by Wolfgang Puck will set up a pop up stalls as well.
