[JB EATS] Restoran Jing Seng ( 金城小食馆 ) – Famous Curry Pork Ribs And Local Zi Char in Johor Bahru

We visited Restoran Jing Seng for dinner over the long weekend. The local restaurant is located at Taman Desa Tebrau along a row of shop houses. The restaurant is known for its zi char dishes and one of their signature dishes is the curry pork ribs. We arrived around 6plus and the restaurant is already full house.Restoran Jing Seng
The menu is written in Chinese so it is quite inconvenient for those who can’t read Chinese characters like me. Fret not, the service staffs will provide the recommendation dishes and no worries at all.

The dishes are served within 10minutes and we were quite impressed with the serving speed. The kitchen staffs are in full force and I can see there is more than one chef at work.

The curry pork rib is a signature dish here. Creamy curry packed with flavour and the ribs tasted tender, juicy and fall of the bone easily. The curry sauce is best to drizzle over the white rice. Comforting and shiok!
