Putuo Village situated in Felda Taib Andak, Kulai is a popular Instagram worthy spot among the locals especially during Chinese New Year. Further down the village is a temple where locals will visit and do their praying. The charming village is built as a unique cultural village to exhibit the Buddhism arts and stories and to attract tourists with the unique element of discovering culture and immersing in nature.

HOW TO GET THERE?
There is no public transport nearby, so it is best to drive there. The car journey from Singapore to Putuo Village is approximately 1 hour plus depending on traffic.

BAMBOO CONSERVATION FEE
There is an entrance fee applicable for locals RM5 per pax and non-locals RM10 per pax.




WHAT TO SEE/ DO?
As you walk around Putuo Village, you will find many picture-perfect spots. Highlights include hanging nests that reminds you the Bali vibes, lush bamboo forest, shrines, and rainbow backdrops. Take a stroll and immerse the ambiance and epic scenery of the place. It is advisable to bring mosquito repellent. I got mosquito bites during my visit time.

Follow the walking path (shown on below photo) to the cafe and temple. Stop by to enjoy soft serve served in bamboo branches at Fat Bamboo Café within the village. The café offers sweet treats like cakes, soft serve, and drinks.
