In conjunction of Malaysia National Day, Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru has officially launched the Pandan Hi-Tea Set starting from 1st August – 31st August 2016. I was there to try out their Pandan Hi-Tea set over the weekend with fellow foodies. I miss my staycation few weeks ago with my family courtesy of HHilton Honors member privilege. I posted my staycation with them last year but not the recent one.

So back to the Pandan Hi-Tea Set that they are offering. The set is priced at RM60.00 nett per set that comes with bottomless Dilmah Tea for 2 pax. The hi-tea set comes with savoury and sweet bites that delight your palate.




Here are the bites available on the 3-tier tea set:





My personal favourite is the Otak-Otak Pandan Focaccia on the second tier and pandan scones & pandan raisin scones on the last tier. As for the sweet bites, it would be best to be less sweet for me. All the items are made freshly in-house by the chef. Thus, the serving time will take quite sometime. It is advisable to make a reservation before you come over.

As for the tea, they use Dilmah tea and it comes with several types of teas to choose from. So, it is best to check with the staff the available types of Dilmah Tea for your preference.
