I spent few days in JB on the last week of December 2015 and my dad recommended me to Ayam Goreng Dapur Kayu which is a short drive from our home. “Ayam Goreng” is referring to fried chicken in Malay language. What triggers me to post about this place is that the fried chicken here are prepared traditionally with firewood. “Kayu” means wood in Malay language.
