[SG EATS] THE KNOLLS AT CAPELLA SINGAPORE- PAMPERED YOURSELF & LOVED ONES WITH A RELAXING SUNDAY BRUNCH
Where do you usually get your Sunday Brunch fix? Chilling at cafes or having dim sum at restaurants or hotels? You can have a luxurious Sunday brunch buffet once in a blue moon too. The brunch buffet at The Knolls of Capella Singapore is the right choice to get pampered with loved ones. I had the privileged to enjoy a cosy session over the weekend with Capella Singapore for their sneak preview of Easter menu.
THE PLACE
Located at Sentosa Island, Capella Singapore offers an inspiring natural setting to welcome the guests. The inviting pool view just in front of The Knolls was tempting me all the time. The surroundings are filled with greens and nature environment giving a sense of ‘holiday mode’ here in Capella.

And what excites me was the peacock. It was a lucky day as I get to see the peacock flaunt its beauty just in front of my eyes. We managed to get pretty snaps of it and a few seconds video of it.
And the cosy nature settings allow me forgetting the troubles and reality happening in city. How I wish the time just stop at this moment!

The resort provides complimentary shuttle services for hotel guests every 30 minutes pick-up from VivoCity. If you miss the shuttle services, you can get here by taxi or Sentosa Express with a 15 minutes walk from Imbiah Station.
The buffet spreads with aromatic smells as you walk through the sections gives you a promising expectations. There are Mediterranean cuisines at the stations for diners to pick and choose, sashimi stations to enjoy the fresh raw sashimi and of course freshly shucked oysters with few varieties are available as well. On top of these, there are delicacies such as different flavours of hams and cheeses to explore.
Apart from the savouries, do not miss the dessert station. It was an extensive spreads with every single dessert displayed with details. It is too pleasant in the eyes on the beholder. Here are most of the each individual desserts photos taken on that day for your viewing pleasure.
Also, enjoy the view with a free flow of champagne and specialty cocktails as well.
SERVICES
The staffs at Capella are well-trained and are on their smiles all the time. The chefs are friendly and create great rapport with the staffs and diners as well. Everyone enjoyed their session here with such vibes from the team. And of course, Executive Chef David Senia also took the initiative to mingle and serve diners personally. I stepped out from Capella with a big grin.
Not forgetting the band play that adds on the dining atmosphere at The Knolls Capella.
EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH
And special mention, Capella is going to have Easter Sunday Brunch with Live Cooking Show by Award-Winning Guest Chef Fabien Pairon this 27 March 2016. There will be classic Easter Pate, Roasted Cod with Fresh Herbs Crust, Seven-hour Roast and Confit of Lamb and Chicken Liver Mousse on this coming Sunday Brunch.
