One-Ninety Bar, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has recently launched Floral Weekend Afternoon Tea. This afternoon tea is available on all weekends (2-5pm) from now till 1 September 2019. The tea set is specially crafted by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.


The Afternoon Tea Set menu includes a three-tier selection of finger sandwiches and desserts with flora-infused treats. The menu also includes warm scones, hearty savouries and sweet indulgence that definitely very filling tea session. All these are priced at S$46.00++ per pax with a choice of coffee or Gryphon tea or at S$78.00++ with a glass of Kir Royale, alongside with coffee or tea.





Moving on are the three-tier selection breakdown for your visual. Starting with first tier, we have the Manjari Chocolate Pot de Crème, Raspberry-Rose Mousse and Yuzu-Elderflower Meringue Tart.

Next, we have the Candied Violet Macaron, Sakura Blossom Puff with Strawberry, Apricot and Pistachio Chocolate Cup and Raspberry Rose Cake.

And the last tier is the savouries like Forest Mushrooms on White Bread, Spiced Carrot Salad on Sour Dough, Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream on Rye Bread, Cucumber and Fine Herbs, Cream Cheese on Sundried Tomato Bread and Egg Salad and Osetra Caviar Coupe.

That’s not all! We also had the Freshly Baked series. Lavendar and Vanilla Scones, Brown Sugar Shortbread served with homemade Strawberry-Rose Preserve and Devonshire Clotted Cream for more indulgence. My highlight for this tea session is their scones. The scones tasted luxuriously, light and tender. But it is quite filling though but I loved it! These are served upon request. Thus, waiting time is required to enjoy the pipping hot bakeries from the kitchen.


Other options like Spinach and Comte Cheese Quiche, Turkey Ham and Gruyere Cheese Toast and Brioche with Cherry Compote are worth trying too.



There are quite a wide selection for tea and coffee to complete your tea session. We started off with a refreshing glass of Kir Royale before moving to tea selection. The Kir Royale is included in the Afternoon Tea Set priced at S$78.00++.
