[SG EATS] NEW WINGS SERIES BY THE HOLQA CAFÉ
It’s my second time to Holqa Café and this time round is to explore their new wing series. The east located café has been in F&B industry for a year plus and has been well-known with it’s SnS-Ji Chicken wings. If you browse through the online platform, most reviews on the chicken wings are positive vibes.
So, the owner decided to explore more on the wings by introducing new flavours:
The crispy fried chickens mid joints are coated with creamy peanut butter jam sauce topped with the crunchy smashed peanut crumbs. If you are a peanut lover, you might enjoy the flavourful taste.
Ninja Wings
I enjoyed Ninja wings as the crispy coated wings tasted sweet and savoury with sesame seeds.
Holqa Sns-Ji Wings
It’s the same old Sns-Ji wings but it’s an improved version on the recipe. Flavourful taste but it has tad sticky ends.
Pineapple Buffalo Wings
Calling out for spicy lovers, you should give a try on this buffalo wings. The spicy sauce is made in-house by the chef and the first bite literally blown me away. The spiciness level is way too high for me.
Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Wings
Salted egg yolk sauce is well-loved by locals. So, you will never go wrong when you pair it with the sauce.
If you enjoy having flavourful mid-joint wings, why not give a try on the different flavours from Holqa Café? For those who is staying at the East side, you can always hop over for some cravings fix.
[This is an invited tasting. Thanks Holqa Café for the invitation.]
