We are going to celebrate Chinese New Year in less than a week. Have you decide where to have your CNY feast this year? Melben Signature located at Tanjong Pagar could be your choice as they are not closing for this festive season. I visited Melben Signature during CNY period last year and I am glad to be back to check out their CNY menu for this year.

Here are the highlights for this year CNY:

Yu Sheng


Yu sheng is available with laced abalone slices for this Chinese New Year. One of the must-have dish to kick start the Chinese New Year.

Peng Cai

Whole goodness of “peng cai” that includes abalone, prawn, sea cucumber, scallop, pork and chicken.

Creamy Butter Crab

Other than their signature Beehoon Crab, their creamy butter crab is highly recommended. Everyone enjoyed the gravy sauce especially when we dip it with the mantou.

Deep fried yam with scallop

This is rather interesting dish. The deep fried yam wrapped with scallop that gives an appealing visual presentation. The soft and moist yam is best to have it while its hot with the scallop.

Salted Egg Pork Ribs

This huge size salted egg pork ribs are simply addictive too. Be sure you order this to get your hands on to enjoy it.

Claypot Beehoon Crab

Lastly, must-have claypot beehoon crab when you are dining in Melben Signature.
