[SG EVENT] My One-Time Experience with Artbox Singapore 2017

Basically almost everyone who travels to Bangkok, Thailand will surely visit Artbox. Artbox is a contemporary street market with hipster and pop-up bazaars. There are many activities including food and drinks, handicrafts, live music and fairy lights to lift up the whole atmosphere.

I visited Artbox Singapore last Friday which is also the first day of the event. It was raining the whole afternoon and I didn’t get to capture any nice photos. When my friends and I started to tour the place around 3plus, the rain gets heavier. We decided not to continue the journey and headed back to Marina Bay Sands.

We went back around 5pm on the same day once the rain stops. Oh boy! There was a massive crowd walking towards the Artbox direction. We wanted to try few food stalls before calling it a day but the human traffic was very bad. There was no queue system and people just flocking in to the event. We eventually give up and left the place.

Here are the photos and video taken on that day:

A quick shot while i am walking through the row of stalls.

We wanted to get this dessert but the queue was crazy

Human Traffic in Artbox Singapore

For those planning to head over to Artbox next weekend, please be prepare with the crowd. I think it will be less crowded though as compared with last weekend.

Note: There are over 200 stalls which include 2 rows of food stalls. But not all stores are uniquely from Thailand.
