[SG EATS] Coastes @ Siloso Beach- Dining with Beach View
I visited Coastes at Siloso Beach with a group of foodies recently. Coastes is located within a walking distance from Beach station. You can easily get access through the train service to Harbourfront MRT station and proceed to take Sentosa Express monorail to reach the destination.
The place is quite chill and relaxing where diners can choose to enjoy their meal with a beach view. There are indoor and outdoor seating. It is best to come over during the weekend with families and friends. Kids can move around freely and enjoying the sun and breeze. Adults at the same time can sit down and chill with beer or drinks while enjoying the view.
Next is the food that we tried that night. Coastes has also revamped their menu with new offerings.
Baked Portobello & Arugula Ciabatta S$16.00

Seafood Platter S$52.00
Assortment of seafood platter comprising pan-fried crayfish, crab salad, fish stew, poached tiger prawns with pineapple salsa, chilli clams and calamari rings.
Coastes Chicken Wings (half portion S$10.00 / full portion S$18.00 )
Oven-baked wings with well-marinated was finger-licking good. It is quite addictive and best to go with beer.We were told this is one of the popular beach bites.
Bourbon-glazed Pork Ribs ( half slab S$20.00/full slab S$30.00)
The succulent bourbon glazed pork ribs are tender and savory sweet with coated homemade maple sauce.
Seafood Risotto S$32.00
A plate of goodness includes fresh tiger prawns, cod fish, crab meat and asparagus.
Spicy Penne Arrabiatta S$22.00
The pasta served with mushrooms, asparagus, olives and mildly-spicy tomato sauce.
Green Curry & Chicken Spaghetti S$24.00
This is pretty interesting with the fusion mix.The green curry taste is quite significant I would say.

Our meal ended with a sweet treats from the dessert list. The overall meal was quite enjoyable especially with a view. If I ever come to Sentosa and wish to have casual dining, Coastes will be in the list. We were told to download C Side App from iTunes Stores or PlayStores so that we can make our order and payment at Coastes in a faster way. On top of speeding up the ordering process, there are also exclusive perks (eg. Special promotions, complimentary treats, etc).
