E and I are out for dinner over the weekend and this time we dined in at Bruno’s Pizzeria & Grill. E was sharing that Bruno’s serves homely-feel Italian cuisines and their signature dish is pizza. This is the second outlet after their first one located at Telok Kurau.

Although the location seems to be out of place, the restaurant is full and we are quite lucky to secure a table of two on a Saturday night. So if you are planning to come here, it is better to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. And the restaurant is small and they can only accommodate a certain amount of people for indoor and outdoor seating.
Upon ordering, we were served with complimentary bread before our mains arrived.

Risotto Al-Frutti Di Mare S$27.80
Traditional Italian rice cooked with mixed seafood in tomato sauce, garlic, shallots, white wine and dash of cream and lobster sauce. We absolutely enjoyed this dish with generous serving of seafood ingredients.

Pizza
The pizza crust is crispy, thin and what makes the pizza promising is the toppings. Strong tomato base with ham and mushroom ingredients which goes well with the flatbread.

Total bill was S$53.00 inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% GST. There is quite a wide selection of dishes from the menu. The price is affordable and the portion is generous. No wonder families love to visit the restaurant. The staffs are friendly as well. The only downside is that it is located at the East of Singapore and the location is not friendly enough for those without cars. I would visit often if it is located at central or near my house. Other than La Pizzaiola, this will be my choice for a homely feel Italian restaurant in Singapore.
