PS Café Fullerton is the latest addition of restaurant to One Fullerton. The café is located at level 2 of the building and just next to Forlino. This new cafe is the largest PS Café in Singapore.
I was here for dinner few days back. Let me share with you the ambience of the café and of course the food I had.
Diners have the option to dine in indoor seatings or open-air terrace and even private dining room.

 There is bar counter area. It is a beautiful spot for photography as well.

We opted for an open-air terrace area with the iconic Marina Bay Sands view for the night. As we browse through the menu, we decided on some of the recommended dishes by the staff.
Surf ‘N’ Turf Crisp & Dip S$22.00++
 A selection of crusting breads and 5 types of dips including their premium olive oil which the staff will only pour it on the spot. Other dips including foie gras was our favourite dip.

Steak & Beef Dripping Mash S$58.00++
 We ordered 220g Grain-fed Beef Ribeye in medium rare with porcini gravy served separately. The meat tasted juicy and tender and goes well with the brown sauce. There are other steak & beef options to choose from the menu.

P.S Crab & Prawn Laksa S$26.00++
 We decided to venture to their fusion seafood inspired dish. The P.S prawn laksa comes with Julienne fish cake, silver sprouts, quail eggs, laksa pesto and fresh chilli paste. The gravy is rich and thick in flavour and with so much ingredients in it, it is definitely a filling one. I would call it as ‘atas’ Laksa.

Crème Caramel Orange Cake S$13.00++
 We ended our meal with a sweet note. Although their signature Sticky Date Pudding is a must-order when in PS Café, we decided to try their new dessert, Crème Caramel Orange Cake for a change. It has a tangy taste of orange in it and perfect balance of lightness and indulgence at the same time. If you want something light for dessert, give this a try.

The overall dining experience was pleasant. The service staffs are well-trained and greeted customers with a smile. Yet another good reason to visit this new space. I would suggest you to make a reservation especially if you are eyeing on a particular seating area with a good iconic view.
