Atmosphere Bistro and Bar is located along Parklane Green at East Coast Park. With their newly launched menu, we take a look into some of their new arrivals.
Right off the radar, it is the Lava Cheese Burger (S$24.80). This dish is a party in the mouth. The beef patty is rich in flavour, and along with the oozing molten Camembert Cheese running down, this dish is out to charm diners.
The Mentakiko Pork Pulled Burger (S$18.80) is a must try when you are visiting Atmosphere Bistro and Bar. The pulled pork is drizzled with delectable and flavourful Mentaiko sauces, that will keep you going for another bite. A match made in heaven!
It’s not just western dishes available here, Atmosphere Bistro and Bar also provides Asian dishes such as the Premium Seafood Rice Bowl (S$24.80). Prepared with Japanese rice topped with quality seafood such as scallops, baby Octobers, tiger prawns drizzled with homemade garlic butter sauces, this bowl of goodness is drilled to juicy perfection.Alongside with the new arrivals are the Takonomiyaki Waffle (S$16.80) which is served with baby octopus and bonito flakes and The Garlic butter mussels ($14.80) is also a great dish to start off your evening.
Another dessert that caught my attention would be the Black Pearl ($16.80).Flaming Gula Melaka sauce alongside with rum is poured around the chocolate sphere that melts revealing coconut ice cream topped with coconut flashes and rules berries encased inside. Prepare your cameras to capture this insta-worthy moment. The chocolate is balanced off the coconut ice cream flavour.
Living up to its name, Atmosphere Bistro and Bar is next place you should hit on when you are looking for a great seaside dining experience!
