Brotzeit celebrates Christmas that captures the spirit of German Christmas magic. I was invited to the media preview on the festive feast prepared by Brotzeit’s Group Executive Chef Wolfgang Ranner. We also gets an insightful stories about Christmas celebration and learned how to make mulled wine from Chef Wolfgang Ranner on that day.

So, what’s Brotzeit offering this festive season?
Christmas Platter S$138.00++



The platter consists of Brotzeit’s signature oven roasted pork knuckle, where the meat is first marinated with beer and prepared over 48 hours. Thus, this explains the succulent, tender meat and crispy brown skin. There is also braised veal shank, grilled venison, veal sausages and roasted pork roulade.

5 Litre Keg of Weltenburger Barock Dunkel S$98.00++


Beer is a must in German festival and Brotzeit offers this dark beer with rich,smooth and roasty flavours. Nicely balanced beer to go with the Christmas Platter.

Christmas Dessert Medley S$29.00++

Dessert lovers can check out this dessert platter that consists of toasty apple strudels, chocolate cakes and gingerbread-infused crème brulee.

And of course the Christmas Glühwein S$12.00++.

This is perfect winter warmer drink that consumed at traditional Christmas markets. It is a drink using red-wine, cinnamon stick, sugar, oranges and tea.

Brotzeit offers special packages for this Christmas including free flow Brotzeit’s best draft beer for 2 hours at just S$48.00++ per pax and S$58.00++per pax for package includes Christmas Platter, Christmas Dessert Medley and 2x 0.5 litre draft beers.

The menu is available from 16 November 2017- 2 January 2018 across all Brotzeit German Bar & Restaurants in Singapore.
