[SG EATS] Caffe B At 64 Club Street – The Japanese-Italian Restaurant

Caffe B located at 64 Club Street is the Japanese-Italian restaurant that was previously located at Marina Bay Sands. The relocation of the restaurant also introduced a brand new menu recently. I was invited for a tasting session on one of the weekday dinner.The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Masanao Saito. Caffe B

Moving on are the dishes we tried that night:
Farmer’s Egg S$12.00++
Caffe B-Farmer's Egg
We kick start with instagram-worthy Farmer’s Egg. It was simply awesome with onsen egg in creamy clam espuma, shio konbu seaweed topped with sea urchin (uni). It tasted rich and creamy and best to go with a glass of champagne.

Risotto Lobster Singapore S$28.00++
caffe B-Risotto Lobster Singapore
Buttered risotto simmered in lobster broth and check out the chilli lobster meat and parmesan cheese. With the price offer, this is definitely a good deal. The portion was generous and tasted is delish too.

Peach Melba S$10.00++
Caffe B-Peach Melba
I enjoyed this fruity dessert with the combination of lime es-puma, peach compote, rasberry puree, peach gelato and almond zest.

Pineapple Compote & Pistachio $10.00++
Caffe B-Pistachio and Pineapple
Fresh Pineapple Compote infused With Herbs. It is served with pistachio gelato, white chocolate powder, pistachio sponge, berries and hazelnut.

Ume Gin S$23.00++ (No Photo)
I love this rich and sweet concoction of Umeshu Plum Wine, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Rose Bud Sugar Syrup and fresh Lemon Juice. The taste lingers on the palate.

In summary, Caffe B is a nice place for couple dates and also gathering spot. The restaurant has a private corner to cater for events and you can feel the cosiness too. It has the minimal settings feel on the second floor of the restaurant. If you are heading for drinks after work, check out their space at level 1.
