[SG EATS] Rasa Sayang BBQ Seafood Buffet At Royale Restaurant | Mercure Singapore Bugis
Royale Restaurant of Mercure Singapore Bugis has recently launched Rasa Sayang BBQ Seafood Buffet. Apart from their regular buffet spread, diners can enjoy live BBQ Station as well. I was invited for a dinner session recently and let me show you some of the highlights from the buffet.
The BBQ Seafood spread includes grilled sotong, juicy grilled prawns, Japanese scallop with minced garlic, mini crawfish with homemade spices, 12-wonder beef, sweet corn and more. Diners can also watch chef-in-action.
Other highlights include the hot dishes station where you get to try Royale’s signature Black Pepper Crab, Bak Kut Teh, Otah Fried Rice, Deep fried seabass with fruits sauce. My first time trying the Otah Fried Rice and it was quite spicy for my tolerance level because I can’t take spicy. I find it interesting to include local delights, Bak Kut Teh into the buffet spread. I guess the hotel guests ( mostly are tourists) can get a taste of local food dining in Royale.
End your night with sweet treats from the dessert station. Royale offers traditional local kuehs, chocolate fondue and durian pengat. For durian lovers, durian pengat is a treat for you!
