Whimisical Brunch Moments
If you prefer huge celebration, check out resort’s annual festive brunch where the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a Candy Wonderland. Decadent spread of gastronomic masterpieces created by Culinary Director, Chef David Senia, diners will also be treated to entertaining activities curated for the little ones such as magic show and gingerbread cookie decoration.
Expect Christmas dishes like Foie Gras Custard with Gingerbread Crouton and Port Wine Reduction, Christmas Gammon Ham with Salad, Caramelised Walnut, Endive and Raspberry, Capella Christmas Roasted Turjey carved ala minute.
