~ This the season to be jolly ~ and there is one place you can find yourself being all jolly and spreading the Christmas cheer, and that is at Mecure Singapore Bugis Santa Christmas Circus!

Mecure Singapore Bugis Santa Christmas Circus promises to bring the Christmas spirits to you and your family with their extensive spread of Christmas delights.


Warm up this Christmas with a bowl of Oven Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Soup with Mascarpone Cheese, and let it bring you the sweetness of Christmas as you slurp it down to warm your body up this festive season.

It can get a little tricky to do Christmas in Singapore, considering the weather and the absence of snow, but fret not this circus is family friendly!


For fans of outdoor BBQ, head down to the BBQ station and witness first hand of the respected Chefs of Mecure grills and flames your dish right in front of your eye. This includes Japanese Scallop with Mentaiko Sauce, Tandoori Chicken Kebab with Mushroom, Mini Crayfish with Homemade Spices and Grilled Zucchini.

If you can’t decide what to get from this wide selection of food, the Japanese Scallops with Mentaiko Sauce have to be on your plate at least.





And Christmas won’t be complete without some Turkey would it? Get yourself a ticket to the carving station and indulge in Baked 7 Spices Turkey with Homemade Chili Sauce, German Pork Knuckle with White Pepper sauce and Baked Honey Cinnamon Gammon Ham with Citrus Sauce.


There is definitely no time for intermission here at this Circus because, their hot line specialties of Black Pepper Pork Ribs, Port Wine Glazed Rack of lamb, Slow Braised Beef Cheek with Madeira Wine and Over Roasted Barramundi on Ratatouille with Champagne Sauce may be gone after the end of intermission.

Their Black Pepper Pork Ribs was my highlight of the night, as the ribs are so soft, yet sweet and it melts in your mouth It is amazing. If I were to head back again, this is definitely my must get.

Last but not least, you will not find a flowing chocolate fountain here at Mercure, because Circus is full of surprises and they sure do surprises well with the Truffle Cheese Fountain!

And pairing such delicates food is definitely a risk and for Mecure, it was a risk worth taking. The fountain is balanced with elements of truffles and cheese, and it will not deter you from going back for more servings!




And like every circus, all good things have to come to an end. End off the night with their Desserts table which consists of a wide selection of log cakes, cupcakes and tarts.

And here at Mecure’s Circus, you can bring back a piece of the Chrismas Magic by decorating your very own Gingerbread man! It was my first time decorating a gingerbread man, and boy, it was magical!
