Memo Café located at Studio M Hotel Singapore is a modern bistro for the neighbourhood. The café is formerly a self-service deli and revamped into all-day casual dining café that offers brunch, mains,coffee-based beverages and craft beers. The location is a bit off from the Fort Canning MRT station as you need to walk approximately 13-15 minutes.



The café has contemporary indoor and al-fresco dining options. So, feel free to pick the best spot to enjoy your dining experience. I got the opportunity to check out the revamped Memo Café recently. Here are the dishes that I tried:
Pumpkin and Feta S$13.00

Refreshing vegetarian salad that includes avocado, almond flake, rocket, spinach and roasted tomato

Chick Pea and Prosciutto S$15.00

Salad comprising dried cranberry, walnut, tomato, parmesan cheese and hard boiled egg. Something light to start off with before the mains.

Eggs & Toast S$12.00

You can pick a choice of egg (scrambled or fried) and sour dough toast. Add on S$2.00 / S$3.00 for ingredients like streaky bacon, mushroom & feta cheese (S$2.00) or Italian Pork Sausage and smoked salmon (S$3.00) or Fresh Juice, Coffee & Tea (S$2.00).

SMH Big ‘Brunch’ S$24.00

Hearty breakfast consist of smoked salmon, streaky bacon, Italian sausage, potatoes, side salad, fried egg and sourdough toast.

Pasta Penne S$18.00

Penne pasta dish served with garlic confit, cherry tomato, prawn bisque and coriander topped with sliced half prawns. This is one of our favourite flavoursome dishes. This is definitely a recommendation dish to try when you dine here.

Grilled Herb and Lemon Baby Chicken S$18.00

We also had grilled herb and lemon baby chicken served with potatoes, spinach and topped with smoky chipotle sauce.

Truffle Fries S$8.00

Lemongrass & Turmeric Wings S$8.00

Unlike the usual buffalo wings, they serve lemongrass & turmeric wings. I personally enjoyed the wonderful aroma flavours of it.

Drinks

The café also offers smoothies including Avocado Smoothie, Mango Smoothie and wide selection of wines and craft beers. Innovative coffee beverages such as gingerbread, peppermint lattes and popcorn are available in the menu. You can also choose an icon to print on your coffee beverage.


Overall the café has a nice spot for brunch and also all-day dining options. The price wise is affordable and it is best to gather friends for a brunch session or even dinner session. No service charge is applicable.
