We came by one Saturday morning for weekend brunch at Memo Cafe. Memo Café located at Studio M Hotel Singapore is a casual dining café that offers brunch, mains, coffee-based beverages and craft beers. This is my second visit and you can read my first visit post here.

So, for this time round, we are here to check out their weekend brunch varieties. Full menu available here.There are a total of 5 mains for the brunch categories from the menu.

Your Hearty Brunch S$14.00

A choice of egg either scrambled or fried with homemade flavoursome tomato soup and sour dough toast.

2 Fried Eggs ‘Benedict Style’ S$16.00

Eggs Benedict is one of the popular breakfast food. Beautiful poached egg and smoked bacon with spinach and drizzled with hollandaise sauce on top of sourdough toast. It is indeed a classic breakfast for an indulgent weekend.




‘CHUM CHUM’ S$18.00

It is a recommended dish in the menu. It is like a fusion dish with streaky bacon, beef rendang, side salad, fried egg and chicken flavoured rice. It is quite a filling dish I would say. The beef rendang was surprising flavourful with the spices. It goes well with the rice of course.

SMH Big ‘Brunch’ S$24.00

Hearty breakfast served with smoked salmon, streaky bacon, Italian sausage, potato cubes, side salad, fried egg and sourdough toast.

Eggs & Toast S$12.00

A simple and homely dish with your choice of Egg either scrambled or fried atop sour dough toast.You can add on sides like streaky bacon, mushroom and feta cheese, coffee, tea, fresh juice and many more from S$2.00 onwards.

And of course go for the coffee beverage if you want to have your face or any cute prints on your coffee. All for the grams…

The weekend brunch starts at 9.30am onwards until kitchen close and customers can purchase truffle fries or any soup at S$3.00 with every purchase of the above brunch items.The usual price for the soup is priced at S$8.00-S$10.00. So it is quite worth it!
