Sheraton Towers Singapore welcomes Guest Chef Surasak Pholdeeyiam (Chef Oui) from Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park to present this Thai fare spread. The buffet is available for daily lunch and dinner.

More about Chef Surasak Pholdeeyiam (Chef Oui)
Growing up in Bangkok, Thailand’s bustling capital, Chef Oui found interest in helping his grandmother and mother in the kitchen from a young age. He found joy in accompanying them to various local markets as he learnt the best-kept secrets of sourcing for special ingredients from the many provinces.
Apart from helping out in the kitchen, he enjoyed watching Chef Julia Child’s shows which also inspired him to make cooking a career. Chef Oui joined the Marriott group from Celadon Thai restaurant at The Sukhothai Hotel where he regularly cooked for many Bangkok’s most influential which included Yingluck Shinawat, the 28th Thai Prime Minister.
His expertise lies in crafting fragrant curries as well as succulent grilled dishes, while keeping true to the authentic Thai flavours. With his love for seafood, Chef Oui’s favourite dish is yellow crab curry with betel leaf – a traditional recipe that he has perfected.
