Paradise Group’s stable of restaurants launches seasonal items from 6 July for a limited time only. Their restaurant like Beauty in The Pot is bringing back the popular Shrimp Broth, Lenu will be offering “Mala Overload” offerings, Le Shrimp’s Trio Shrimp Tossed Ramen, “Innovative Dim Sum” from Paradise Teochew, Zi Char from Paradise Classic and “Shanghai Night” by Paradise Dynasty. I visited Paradise Dynasty recently to check out the highlights from their “Shanghai Night”.

Crispy Original Xiao Long Bao S$7.80/4pcsNot the usual Xiao Long Bao, this has a crispy tempura bottom with juicy meat filling in it. It is quite a excellent combination and best to eat while its served hot.Dip it with the sauce or enjoy it on its own.

Deep-fried and Braised Yellow Croaker with Preserved Radish in Brown Sauce S$29.80This Yellow Croaker is nicely deep-fried and braised with preserved radish and it is best to go with a bowl of white rice or even fried rice. This is definitely my another favourite way of eating yellow croaker apart from the signature yellow croaker dish served at Putien. The best way to enjoy it while it’s warm and the flesh is tender and delicate.




Sweet & Sour Crispy Fish in Shanghai Style S$11.80Crispy fish coated with sauce and it is just like an appetizer or starter of the meal.

Pork Ribs in Sweet Plum Sauce S$16.80It is nicely done pork ribs in sweet plum sauce with crispy and flavourful taste.

With the Phase 2 opening, the restaurant also provides food-safe wipes so that diners can wipe their cutlery before meal and sanitizer wipes as well. It is good to have such protocol so that diners can dine in at ease.
