[SG EATS] Alfresco Dining Daily Specials At Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore
Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel has recently opens its doors for Alfresco Dining again. Diners can enjoy the outdoor alfresco dining that has been refreshed with newly revamped dining & tipples menu. It was a raining day when I visited them that day. Too bad! But it’s okay. You can check it out from their official website.
With the newly revamped menu, come their opening specials too. Expect to have daily specials when you dine at Alfresco Dining at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.
First up is the complimentary first round of drinks when you quote “HAZELDIARYAlfresco” to kick start your dinner.
Moving on are the highlights from the daily specials and menu.
MONDAY SPECIALS- S$9.90++ Grilled LobsterPlump juicy and nicely grilled hand-sized lobster not to be miss!
Seafood Mountain S$48.00++The seafood mountain is available at this pricing on weekends and public holidays. The seafood platter consists of snow crab legs, mussels, half-shell scallops, fresh oysters, tiger prawns, cheery clams and ocean whelks. And enjoy Snow Crab Leg at ONLY S$1.00++ on Wednesday.
Make-Your-Own-PastaDiners can also customize your pasta from types of pastas to sauces you prefer. They do serve pretty good pasta here.
Assorted SataysWe also had chicken and pork satay. Diners can opt for either one and it comes with ketupat, cucumbers, onions and peanut sauce. The satays were perfectly grilled to golden brown with the right amount of charred and smoky goodness. We finished it at a quick speed.
Josper Grill Signatures
If you are a group of 4-5, I would recommend their Josper Grill that comes with the meat or seafood options. Josper oven uses 100% charcoal the traditional way and smoked with apple wood for the charcoal flavour and the charred texture. Thus, the grilled meat and seafood were aromatic, succulence and juicy in flavours. The platter comes with the choice of 2 sides. For the meat combo, it served with Baby Spring Chicken, USA Angus Beef Striploin, Pork Bratwurst and Duck Leg Confit. As for the seafood combo, there are Jumbo Tiger Prawns, Mediterranean Octopus Tentacle, Norwegian Salmon and Crispy Calamari.
Finally dessert time! We had the Chocolate Baked Alaska and Chef’s freshly made signature tiramisu. Flambeed version of Chocolate Baked Alaska coated with rum before you witness the flaming. So be sure to get your camera or phone ready to capture the moment.Just like other restaurants, there is QR code pasted on every table for digital menu version. It is very convenient now and payment can be made via contactless payments too. I believe most places exercise the same procedures so that diners can dine in at ease.
