Indulge in a new buffet norm experience at M Hotel’s Cafe 2000 where they are running “Meatilicious Carnivores Weekend Buffet” promotion. Known previously for its Seafood Extravaganza Buffet, this new buffet line presents a new rendition with premium roasts and cuts at S$50.00++ per adult (U.P. S$72.00++) and S$25.00++ per child (U.P. S$36.00++). This weekend buffet is applicable on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.


With the current Covid-19 situation, diners are no longer allow to go station to station to pick and choose the food. You will need to order from the order sheets and the service crew will process the order for you accordingly. Thus, do expect some miss out order here and there because this happens often across all buffet restaurants.





We started with one-time serving starter , Baked Cheesy Sea Scallops.

The buffet offers free-flow Salad bar with country sides choices like Mac & Cheese, Grilled Tomatoes, Corn on Cob, Pilaf Rice and green bowls.


Moving on, you can go for various perennial pastas like the classic Linguini Pasta alle Vongole, Spaghetti Seafood Arrabiata and Creamy Mushroom Penne.

The highlight of the buffet is the oven and grill meat dishes such as Black Angus Sirloin Steak, Cajun-spiced and Garlic Lamb leg, Crackling Pork Belly, Norwegian Salmon Fillet, Roast Black Pepper Chicken, BBQ Baby Rack Ribs, English Pork Sausages and more. It comes in a platter size cater to the size of people on your table.


As for desserts selection, indulge in their skewered fruits and rainbow marshmallows, artisanal desserts like Bourbon Creme Brulee, Durian King Cream puff, Buttermilk Waffles and more. Ice-cream options are available as well.

As usual, all buffet comes with free flow coffee and tea. Diners can also add on S$14.00++ for a glass of Erdinger Weissbier (500ml).

It was full house when I had my session last Saturday and the response was good. They even extended the table to the lobby to cater to diners and fulfilling the social distancing measures. For the price offer, I thought it was quite a good deal considering there are free flow variety of meat options. And do order their Durian King Cream Puff for dessert.
