Celebrate Christmas this year with Oscar’s Festive A La Carte Buffet at Conrad Centennial Singapore. Travelling overseas are not possible this year but we can still gather together this Christmas for a good meal together. Buffet lovers can check out Oscar’s buffet spread for this festive season. Indulge in unlimited servings and the service crew will pleased to personally serve the dishes to your table.Oscar’s has more than 20 over selection of items in their buffet menu for diners to choose from. Diners can start with the Ice Bar category where you can opt for seafood and sashimi platter or salads like Oscar’s Caesar Salad, Thai-style Marinated Pork Salad and more.

There is also option for Plant Based & Wellness dishes for diners too. This include grilled pita, wild mushroom, roasted garlic and cream cheese cicchetti and whipped burrata and roma tomatoes.

And of course their signature noodles bar where you can enjoy local delights like laksa and wok-tossed smoky hor fun.




Moving on they have the chef crated festive special that includes Chicken Liver Pate Pincho, Chopped Chives and Truffle Essence on Toasted Brioche, Turkey Roulade, Truffle Honey Glazed Ham, Dry Turkey Bak Kut Teh with Cuttlefish and Scallions and Braised Chestnuts, Pork Belly and Mushroom Pumpkin Rice.









The buffet spread also offer western delights like Soup of the Day, Classic Spaghetti Carbonara, Slow Braised Pork and Spiced Tomato Jam Tartine, Roasted Striploin with Peppercorn Jus, Garlic Butter White Wine Clams and more. I tried some of it and my favourites were the Slow Braised Pork and Spiced Tomato Jam Tartine and the well-executed Roast Striploin and Sous Vide Lamp Chop.


Local delights are available as well. Diners can get to try Singapore Chili Crab, Malaysian Style Beef Rendang, Sticky Glutinous Rice with Chicken Wrapped in Lotus Leaf and many more.Also, check out the Charcoal Grilled Lobster with Bearnaise Sauce, “Kai Yang’ Thai Herbs Marinated Chicken and the Stuffed Crab Shell. If you love otah like me, go for this improvised Stuffed Crab Shell with otah, spiced squid mousse, mentaiko and topped with black tobiko. Lovely combination and I finished it off even though I am already feeling full. Yummy!

If you a fan of Indian cuisine, you get to try Samosa Papdi Chaat, Butter Chicken with Naan and Mutter Paneer with Garlic Butter Naan here too.

Lastly, indulge in their desserts that include Christmas Fruit Cake, Mini Yule Log, Classic Creme Brulee, Seasonal Fruit Platter, Ice-cream, Pavlova, Caramel Maple Pecan Tart and more.
