Basilico @ Regent Hotel Singapore ‘s brunches and dinner takes on delicious festive twists with a gastronomical tour around Italy. Get ready for their festive Weekend Brunch, Christmas & New Year Eve menu with largest artisanal cheese selections in town, brimming antipasti platters and seafood galore.
Indulge in brunches that take on a table-service buffet format with unlimited portions of antipasti, mains such as Wood Oven-roasted Turkey Breast with Smoked Foie Gras, Emilia Romagna Pear and Tomino Cheese Stuffing, and desserts that include a Pandoro Tiramisu with Mascarpone Cream and Illy Espresso served to the table.
On Christmas, guests can look forward to a myriad of traditional Italian cold cuts, fresh creamy burrata and mozzarella, aged balsamic vinegars and heirloom tomatoes before moving on to satisfying mains like Roasted Wagyu Beef Sirloin with Seasonal Mushrooms. Executive Sous Chef Luca Beccalli is most excited to introduce Struffoli Napoletani to the dessert spread – traditional Italian sweet fritters drizzled with organic acacia honey and a shower of colourful sprinkles.
