The yusheng features the crispy vermicelli crowned with shredded purple and yellow sweet potatoes, pickled ginger, gold flakes and decorated with vegetables and sesame seed. Fresh slices of salmon and braised abalone is served as well. This is one of my all-time favourite yusheng every year.
